Welcome to Xinggou Navigator! Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully before using the Xinggou Navigator mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Definitions
“We/Company” refers to the operator of Xinggou Navigator. “You/User” refers to any individual or entity using the App. “Content” means information, data, text, software, images, graphics, audio, video, messages, or other materials provided via the App. “DApp” means a decentralized application on a blockchain executed by smart contracts.

2. Services
Xinggou Navigator aggregates and discovers DApps, offering browsing, search, recommendations, overviews, classifications, ratings, and community comments. It may integrate with third-party wallets for convenience. We do not provide wallet services nor custody assets.

3. Accounts
Some features may require registration. You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors. No IP rights are granted to you. Feedback may be used by us freely to improve services.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, engage in fraud, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems.

6. DApp/Blockchain Disclaimer
Non-custodial: We do not create/host/manage wallets or access keys. Third-party risk: DApps are operated by independent parties. We are not responsible for their functionality, legality, security, or code. Trading risk: Digital assets are volatile and risky. Information is for reference only and not investment advice. Use independent judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, third-party DApps, unauthorized access, or other matters not expressly stated herein.

8. Modifications and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App (or parts of it) at any time. We may suspend/terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your company’s jurisdiction (e.g., PRC) without regard to conflicts rules. Disputes should be resolved amicably; failing that, in a court of competent jurisdiction (e.g., defendant’s domicile court).

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
